Asymbol x TheGoodLife! Collection

Charakusa Valley, Pakistan

I spent most of my twenties living out of the back of an old Subaru following the seasons, climbing and skiing around the west. I had one dream at the time. It was to take everything I learned climbing on the walls of Yosemite to check out the greater mountain ranges of the world. This photo of the remote Charakusa Valley in the Karakoram Mountains of Pakistan is from one of the first rolls of film I'd ever shot on a proper SLR camera. I spent several months climbing first ascents with my friends on both towers in the photo. The photo really marks the beginning of my career as a photographer and a decade long obsession using climbing, skiing and photography as vehicles to see the world.

I'm stoked to share a bit of my experiences through the TheGoodLife!, much as they have shared their world, family and friends with me. After circling the planet a few times, I don't question anymore how people from seemingly different worlds colliding can have so much in common. I only know it's grand to be a part of TheGoodLife! family.
