Asymbol will be printing, packaging, and fulfilling orders through April 23rd.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are shipping within an estimated 3 to 6 weeks from date of order placed, this is dependent on what is in your order. For any delays which occur with individual orders, we have already contacted these clients directly. If you have not heard from us, this means your order is on track and you will receive tracking as soon as it ships.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order ships, which will include a tracking number from your selected shipping provider.
What should I do if my tracking update shows delays or issues?
Please contact shipping provider directly as this will be the fastest way to resolve any issues and expedite the shipping process.

What should I do if my order arrived with missing, damaged, or incorrect items?
If you received your order and there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect items, please email us and provide your order number and details about your issue. If your item arrives damaged please include photographs of damaged art and package as soon as possible, upon arrival.
