All fine art orders are considered a final sale and are non-returnable due to their fragile nature. This includes originals, limited-edition prints, open-editions, handmade pieces and posters. If a piece is damaged during shipment, we will replace your order.
Other items may be exchanged for store credit or refunded for the original purchase price (excluding shipping and credit card fees) within 30 days. Items must be in their original, unused, resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipment.
To return a product or if you received a damaged product, please email us at: email@example.com or call us at: (307) 734-1122. Returns that are sent without prior notification will be refused.
CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We insure products we ship for their full value unless otherwise noted. Orders are carefully packaged, however, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product, we will file a claim on your behalf as long as:
1. You inspect your order immediately for damage and completeness.
2. We receive notice of damage within 5 days of delivery, and
3. The packaging and product is kept for inspection if necessary.
4. When necessary, you return the product to us
TO ASSIST US WITH A CLAIM
If there is obvious damage to your package when you receive it, you may refuse to accept delivery or have the delivery service note the damage on signature sheet.
Please photograph your damaged package before opening and photograph the damage to your product. We may require you to return your damaged order (shipping paid by Asymbol) in order to file a claim. Contact us by email, firstname.lastname@example.org, or telephone, 307-734-1122, and provide us with your contact telephone # and email address.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
Please track delivery of your order using your Tracking Number. We will file a claim if an order is not delivered to the address you provide to us if we are notified within 10 days after you receive your Tracking Number. If an order is not delivered due to non-deliverable address or non-available recipient we may not be able to assist you with a claim. But please contact us and we will provide you with any information available to us.
